Today’s Saturday Shoutout is for @partyup_balloons_by_melissa! “We’re a Family owned balloon and event planning business located in Queens NY serving the tri state area and beyond, our goal is to take your vision to the next level adding Fun Color and Luxury to any theme and color scheme. A party without balloons is just a meeting!” Melissa’s decor is breathtaking, always stunning us with both creativity and elegance. We are fortunate to have her as a member of the HI-SHINE family!
