Back in the day, I lived by never shining my balloons! HOWEVER…times changed! Now, I always make sure I have some shine in my toolbox! Some black balloons tend to be a little dull in my opinion so once I was done setting up, I sprayed my balloon install with Hi-Shine by hifloat. Babbyyyyyy this stuff is the truth. 10/10 Definitely recommend! Get you some! 💁🏾‍♀️🎈
