From “DUSTY” to “SHINY” real quick 💁🏾‍♀️😊 For the record, I do not shine my balloons for every install. I use quality balloons so once install is complete they just look good automatically 🥰. If you’re one of my ol students, you know I have stood on business about not using any shine products. However, things change and now I just make sure I have hifloat Hi Shine in my tool box for the occasions my balloons are looking a little dusty! In this case, I needed to bring this garland back to life and the Hi-Shine did just that!
