Because Party City could nevaaaaa 😂😂😂 Sooo at times, I like to create my garland directly to the backdrop and deliver. Set up was in a home and I didn’t want to spray inside the house. It was freezing outside so I didn’t want to spray outside either 😂. So I sprayed the balloons with Hi-Shine from hifloat in the truck 🤗. You should def have a couple cans in your balloon tool kit!
