A morning with Thorpedo Anna ☺️ After her brilliant victory in the Nov. 2 GI Breeders’ Cup Distaff, she spent a well-deserved vacation at trainer Kenny McPeek’s Magdalena Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. During her winter break, the multiple Grade I-winning filly lived out with a sweet 22-year-old gelding named Cooper and was cared for by grooms Cordell Anderson and Felix Antonio. Earlier this week, she arrived at Silverleaf Hills Training Center in Ocala, Florida, where she’ll spend some time before joining the McPeek barn at Fair Grounds in early January to resume training.
