It’s crazy to think that this time a year ago I was just becoming a runner and now it’s a huge part of my life. In 2024 I went from running my first half marathon to training for the everywomansmarathon. I went from 13.1 miles seeming impossible to it being a training run for an even bigger goal! I improved my speed, my distance and my mental capacity for challenges. I couldn’t have done it without fueling my body with shamrockfarmsmilk.
