On this third day of Kwanzaa, we celebrate Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility), highlighting the transformative power of working together.
This year, through collective effort, we piloted the CAN program—an Accounting Technician Apprenticeship in partnership with CLA and Accenture. This initiative equips participants with certifications, academic credits, and career-ready skills.
Through our partnership with INCPAS, we also launched ConnectIn, a collaborative initiative designed to strengthen talent pipelines, workforce development, and entrepreneurship in accounting, finance, business, AI, and emerging technologies.
With the support of our partners and supporters, we also served 599 students through ACAP and awarded over $1M in scholarships to 200+ future leaders, reminding us of what we can accomplish when we work together.
Honor the spirit of Ujima by joining our mission to empower, inspire, and uplift communities. Explore our programs and initiatives at
