Congratulations to senior offensive lineman Jaheim Bassham on being voted as one of the eight national finalists for this year’s Gene Upshaw Division II Lineman Of the Year Award! Bassham is Vulcan Football’s first national finalist for the award since 2009. He’s also the only Upshaw Award finalist that was also announced as a semifinalist for the 2024 William V. Cambell Trophy, which recognizes the nation’s absolute best scholar-athlete. The winner of the Upshaw Award will be announced this Thursday, December 12. #forgedinfire
