The nomination form for the award states, “Keepers of the Flame are truly special people that embody a commitment to promoting environments that cultivate a sense of belonging.” Ms. B was nominated by two campus leaders, Sophia Johnson and Sarah Seader. After receiving the award, she explained, “I want to be that beacon of light for each and every student that I come in contact with. Each and every person here.
