The rhetoric that Downtown is going downhill, or that it’s unsafe, or that it is going to become a ghost town is simply untrue. We have a great momentum going in to 2025 and I believe it is going to be one of our strongest years yet! Two of our tallest towers are currently under renovations and businesses are opening left and right. It is unfortunate that we have seen some our favorite spots close shop recently, and they will be dearly missed. However, we are looking forward to welcoming new neighbors and can’t wait to see just how much new life comes to our community in the new year!
