The first victims of the #NewOrleansAttack have been identified: 18-year-old college student Nikyra Dedeaux from Mississippi and 37-year-old Reggie Hunter, a father of two from LA. Our thoughts and prayers go out to their families and loved ones during this difficult time. 🙏 t.co/QthUn6eQR1
