Roxborough, Colorado - This little Northern Pygmy Owl was being attacked by two other larger birds and a resident of Roxborough Park, CO saved him from imminent death of car hitting him. She got him to me to get over to the Rocky Mountain Wildlife Alliance. While waiting for a response from them, I checked him out for any injuries or broken wings and did a few photos of him in my studio. He is doing better each day as he had a broken hip and will be released hopefully soon.
