I went back and forth on what I would post and what I would say about 2024. I originally wanted to post a photo for every artist/event I did (unfortunately that totaled to 180 photos and 65 slides so that didn’t work) so instead here are some random highlights. I’m not going to lie, 2024 wasn’t great, but I can’t remember the last time I had a “good” year. Some positives for the year I have to say were signing on as a contributor/freelancer with Shutterstock (a long time goal of mine has always been to work with a wire agency) and because of that I was able to photograph Billy Joel at MSG for one of his final shows, I also got to photograph hotel departure and after party photos around the Met Gala (one day I’ll get to shoot the carpet.) I also took a major back seat to shooting shows for publications and focused on paid work and building out my Shutterstock archive.
