New year, new pic, same me 📸 One of my New Year’s resolutions is to step out of my comfort zone and play with lighting and color. I strive to be more creative, and this year I’ll be exploring more of that in both photo and video. While flash photography will always be my #1, continuous lighting is fun to play with too. Another thing is to put myself more in front of the camera. If you knew me when I was a teenager, you’d remember I used to take self portraits ALL the time. It was fun and photography was new. Photoshop gave me endless possibilities, and still does. I kind of miss doing that so this year expect to see more of my silly face on here while I work on some lighting 💀 If you swipe you’ll see a bit of my BTS for this shot. I used both our Zolar Vega 60c, and the Godox S60 Focusing Light with a gobo attachment & color gel. I wanted it to look like the sunset was coming through some window blinds.
