“Evidently, I love to drive a truck.” After 46 years behind the wheel, we’d say there’s no question that Carol loves her job. She has been fascinated by big rigs since she was a little girl, and right out of college, she learned how to drive a ‘76 Cabover and the rest is history. The things she loves about driving are, “being out in the country, being around my fellow employees, my drivers, I love my management. We're just all family. We can go in and we can talk about anything … J.B. Hunt didn’t give up on me.” She wants other women to give trucking a try because she has helped and watched the industry grow, and truly believes there’s a place for everyone to shine! We’re so lucky to have drivers who love to drive, like Carol.
