Friday Practice! A great end to the first week of practice! High School and Juniors squads met up downtown today. It’s the perfect chance to connect as a team and get connected with all the new names and faces! Afterwards we did our strides chasing a frisbee and we made it clear that running is our sport, being equally as good at ultimate frisbee may take some time!
