@haleyadamssss is back at the CrossFit Games and "No matter what happens, this is a new chapter," she says. Adams — who has been competing since she was 14 — stepped away from the 2023 competitive season to focus on her mental and physical health. After finding a balance in her life, the seven-time Games athlete returned to competition and put up a strong performance at the North America East Semifinal. She placed sixth overall and qualified for her eighth CrossFit Games. Watch and cheer on Adams as she takes the floor in Fort Worth, Texas, Aug. 8-11.
