@emma.lawson_5 🇨🇦 is the youngest individual to podium at the CrossFit Games. As a 17-year-old, Lawson made her individual Games debut in 2022 after winning the Atlas Games Semifinal. She finished sixth overall in the world. This year, the 2021 Games teen champion made her way back to Madison by taking fourth — out of 59 women — at the North America East Semifinal.
