Berlin Marathon Week 11/16 ✅ We’re back and feeling good! A trip to the physio at the start of the week cleared last weeks issue up and I’m feeling very good again. Still slightly less mileage than I’d like but being sensible. My biggest session of the block today 32km Marathon session with 20km at marathon pace went perfectly with great support from my bro @steverunsldn Also good to finally get down to @grovelane_ on Monday night for a spicy track session bringing some of Londons finest crews down to spread the love. Racing next week for my final deload and we got one more humongous marathon session before we taper!
