On Tuesday, January 7th, St. Norbert College hosted Minnesota State, #NCAA Division I, in an exhibition game at the Cornerstone Community Center in De Pere, WI. The 4th-ranked Green Knights skated to a 5-5 tie with the 12th-ranked Mavericks of Division I. The game included controlled situations as both teams worked on multiple special-teams situations as well as even strength play. St. Norbert rallied from deficits of 4-1 and 5-2, tying the game with under five-minutes left during 3-on-3 play. The Green Knights got goals from Logan Dombrowsky (2), Ethan Byrne, Calvin Hanson and Bryan Gilman. Braden Lindstrom added two assists while Mark Snarr, Liam Fraser and Jack Christen each added a helper. Goaltender Hunter Garvey made 28 saves, as the Mavericks scored an empty-net goal, with Minnesota State outshooting #SNC 33-22.
