@birdpizzeria named “22 of the Best Pizza Places in the United States” by @nytimes and opened a feel good cozy restaurant in @optimistparkclt (right next to their takeout window). Personally i have an obsession with vodka sauce and the OG pizza 🍕 was the perfect balance of spice and saucy goodness and the crust was crispy 💯 . This was my first time dining at their restaurantand typically order their take-out. Plain pizza, add pepperoni and hot honey 🍯🤌 if you want to fully taste the deliciousness of their pizza highly recommend either of the OG or pepperoni 🍕. Oh and don’t forget about their mound of kale Caesar salad that’s perfect for sharing. The dining space is small and intimate, recommend a reservation for 2-4 people if you can snag a reservation on @resy .
