Last weekend, the North Central football team travelled to Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, Texas to take on Mount Union in the Dlll National Championship. The Cardinals came out on top with a final score of 41-25 to earn their 3rd National title in 5 years. Quarterback Luke Lehnen was voted the game’s Most Outstanding Player after scoring 5 of the team’s 6 touchdowns. Lehnen closes his college football career as the NCAA all-divisions leader in passing efficiency and touchdowns responsible for.
