Creamy Tortellini Soup 🥣 this was so delicious and takes under 30 minutes to make! We have been on a bit of a soup kick lately and this has been one of our favorites! Ingredients- -1 onion, diced -4 cloves garlic, chopped -1 lb ground beef -1 tbsp Dan-o’s Italian Seasoning (or more to taste) -2 (10oz) cans condensed tomato soup -4 cups liquid chicken broth -2 cups heavy cream -8oz grated cheddar cheese -20oz fresh tortellini -grated parmesan cheese for serving -fresh basil for serving -sourdough bread for serving 1. Sauté together the onion, garlic, and ground beef in a large pot. Add in the Dan-o’s Seasoning, tomato soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese. Simmer over medium heat until the cheese has melted. 2. Add the tortellini and simmer for 10 minutes or until softened. 3.
