Hours before the Florida A&M (FAMU) Rattlers football team set out to travel to Chapel Hill to face the North Carolina Tar Heels and prove they belonged on the world’s stage, the opportunity was suddenly in serious jeopardy. 26 players, including defensive player of the year Isaiah Land and a handful of All-Americans, were revealed to be ineligible to play and the NCAA suspended their travel to North Carolina.
