I’ve been a “full-time” artist for something like five months now and I still think it’s the right move for me. The biggest challenge has been trying to find a balance for everything. When art becomes the outlet for covering your bills, it gets very real very quickly and forces you to juggle a lot at once. I dig that though, it’s like a game of trying to make shit happen. Only catch is that the instruction book for this game is more like a complex car manual for a car is not yet built. I’m psyched with where things are headed tho.
