I want people to realize that if you are determined to do something, you will figure it out.. just as you figure out anything else in life. As a man, having a daughter meant I was signing up for a lifetime of learning. I don’t know what it’s like to be a girl and I’ve never portrayed that I did. I am just deeply invested in being a father who doesn’t conform to stereotypical roles which would create distance between my daughter and I.
