Posted withregram • dan_grigs Had a great time hosting a seminar at 24sevenclubfitness the last few days. This was my first block on a Texas deadlift bar in over 2 years, the most I’ve ever done on a kabuki for a double was 964. I wanted to end this block close enough to it to see how I respond at a similar weight and figure out where I’m currently at going into prep for theghostclash . On this set and many others the last few months have been shifting very noticeably to my right side, it’s causing me to waste a lot more energy trying to realign my hips and Be even as I pull out slack and prepare to break the floor. Something I definitely need to improve and be cognizant of throughout prep, but I’m going to do a ton of prehab and hopefully improve this in the coming months.
