Last Thursday, Banners for Life (our adult team) beat the Ice-o-topes 3-1 in a great display of passing and teamwork. Saturday we had a great morning skate then the Jr Banners went on a road trip to Philadelphia to take on the Delco Dragons. It was a great matchup and fun game. Core memories made in a 4-1 loss labeled with penalties. Sunday we bounced back in a home game vs a more novice Delaware Generals. 7-1 W. Coach Jack was not enthusiastic about the post game celebration and lack of sportsmanship. Message of the week: our highs are too high and our lows are too low. Being able to control our emotions is a key to success and a reflection of our character and resilience 💪🏾
