Our New Year’s celebration looked a little different this year! We spent our New Year’s Eve in a hospital room and after 40+ hours of labor, we were blessed with the greatest gift we could ever wish for!! shontialove delivered our beautiful and healthy baby girl LaNiyah Monae Whitehead!! LaNiyah was born on December 31, 2024 at 7:59 p.m. and weighed in at 6 lbs 10oz… Almost one year ago on January 9, Shontia underwent a surgery to remove two ovarian cysts that she didn’t even know she had. There were risks of pregnancy complications with this surgery but thankfully God had his hands on us and brought us our biggest blessing in the same year, almost one year later to the date..!!! We are soooo thankful and overjoyed that this was even possible and that we were chosen to be her parents! ALL GLORY TO GOD!!!
