I’ve recently relocated to a new country, with new people, a new atmosphere, and so much more. I am trying to check in constantly. With others, and myself (and my mom when I remember). Whether it is checking your privilege, your space, or checking if you remembered to brush your teeth today, keep doing it. It’s not easy, I really don’t think it’s easy, but I know it’s good to do.
