PHOTO202_P07: Final Portfolio The Mundane An assembly of characters that brilliantly illuminate the liminal spaces that haunt academia in the absence of perception. As an artist, I am fascinated by the strange and unsettling allure of liminal spaces. These are the places that exist in a state of transition, where the lines between reality and imagination blur, and where the absence of human presence leaves behind a haunting emptiness. My work explores the grungy, decaying, and off-kilter elements of these spaces. I am drawn to their weirdness, their imperfections, and their uncanny ability to evoke a sense of nostalgia and discomfort simultaneously. Through this project, I aim to capture the essence of these liminal spaces and the eerie atmosphere they possess. In the absence of people, these spaces take on a life of their own.
