What's my main recommendation for burnt-out, overachievers who come to me feeling stressed? It's simpler (and way less clinical) than you might think. Schedule rest. And, I don't mean to think about it when you have time bc let's be real - that probably isn't gonna happen. Schedule it in your calendar. It doesn't have to be quite as time-filling as my recommendation here. 😉 In fact, it can even be 10 minutes slotted between meetings to breathe, eat your lunch away from the computer, or binge your favorite podcast (hi,

). Our bodies will always find ways to process stress, anxiety, and burnout. So, consider scheduling it in before it manifests as a headache or emotional distress later.
