What's my main recommendation for burnt-out, overachievers who come to me feeling stressed? It's simpler (and way less clinical) than you might think. Schedule rest. And, I don't mean to think about it when you have time bc let's be real - that probably isn't gonna happen. Schedule it in your calendar. It doesn't have to be quite as time-filling as my recommendation here. 😉 In fact, it can even be 10 minutes slotted between meetings to breathe, eat your lunch away from the computer, or binge your favorite podcast (hi, #DontCutYourOwnBangs). Our bodies will always find ways to process stress, anxiety, and burnout.
