Kayo’s Ramen Bar, the Portland ramen shop known for its potent tan tan broth, ramen-inspired “Japon” tacos and — why not? — a gooey-fluffy Japanese riff on burnt Basque cheesecake, has opened a second location in Beaverton, the restaurant announced this week. The new location, 3205 S.W. Cedar Hills Blvd. #24, replaces the short lived Boxer Ramen (and before that, Starbucks) location at Cedar Hills Crossing mall.
