Every year, we watch the f1 podium ceremonies to see who the teams have chosen to serve as their representative to receive the contractors trophy. And for the third year in a row, we’re disappointed at the severe lack of representation this tradition is meant to uphold. “It’s not about having a woman there to say that you have a woman there, and to check that box off. It’s about celebrating the team and someone who’s contributed to that team’s success - and it seems when you have no women up there, that no women have contributed to the success of the team.
