Next stop? The Moon.
A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carrying FireflyAerospace’s Blue Ghost Mission One lander lifted off from Launch Complex 39A at NASAKennedy in Florida on Wednesday, Jan. 15. The Blue Ghost lander will deliver 10 NASA science and technology instruments to the lunar surface to further understand the Moon ahead of future human missions.
Blue Ghost will arrive at the Moon on March 2.
