Rose Candy Apples 🍎🌹 I made these for Halloween last year and thought they’d also be perfect for valentines! Which is your favorite- pink or red? INGREDIENTS: miniature apples Apple sticks 4 cups granulated sugar 1 cup corn syrup 11/2 cups water pink food coloring white food coloring 1. Place the sugar, corn syrup, water, and pink food coloring into a large saucepan and stir to combine. 2. Allow the mixture to come to the boil, removing once it reaches 300F, then stir in the white food coloring- you will need to check this with a candy thermometer. Please be careful as this is very hot! 3. Press the sticks into the apples and dry each one as much as possible to avoid bubbles in the coating. 4. Spoon a small amount of syrup into the bottom of the mold to coat, then dip each apple into the hot candy syrup and press into the rose silicone mold.
