One of the more underrated acquisitions was Florida State landing junior tight end Randy Pittman Jr. in the transfer portal. Pittman Jr. committed to the Seminoles while he was in high school, but he ended up flipping to the Knights. In two seasons with UCF, he recorded 51 receptions for 631 yards and three touchdowns.
