Brought home the hardware. The trophy does not even begin to describe the accomplishments of this team. They didn’t start off as strong as they’d hoped this season, they were doubted, and they proved the doubters wrong. Just like the beginning of their season their final game together went very similar. They didn’t start off as strong as they’d hoped and let up a goal off a corner kick within the first 3 minutes. The stands uprooted with doubts and worries. Proving the doubters wrong like they have all season they came back early in the second half to tie up the game. With under two minutes to go @jj_ruehlemann13 scored the game winning goal to break the all time season scoring record at Waldwick High school. This game perfectly describes this team as a whole. They learned how to stay motivated through a rocky beginning early on this season. They have proved time and time again that they are one of, if not the most driven team in New Jersey.
