The Lancers fell short of a victory by two points against the Olathe South Falcons on Tuesday, Jan. 15. By the end of the first half, the Lancers trailed the Falcons, 28-21. During halftime, the varsity Lancer Dancers debuted a new hip-hop routine. The Falcons maintained their lead in the third quarter, 45-40. In the fourth quarter, the Lancers were down 57-55 with two minutes remaining but were unable to overtake the Falcons. Senior Will Beck led the game in scoring with 23 points.
