This is one of the biggest mistakes I continuously did while learning how to edit. Changing your color spaces in this way gives you so much more room than just working with adjustment layers. The amount of times I’ve used the wrong S log to rec 709 lut is disgusting. By no means is this a full color grade, nor do I just slap a lut on and call it a day.
