Start with hot, follow with cold, and repeat to keep your recovery simple and effective. Contrast Therapy Basics * Hot: 3-4 mins * Cold: 1-2 mins * Repeat: 3-4 times * Temp: Cold 45-59°F, Hot 100-104°F * Frequency: A few times a week, especially post-cardio or tough workouts. Avoid right after lifting for best muscle gains.
