Proper pre-game nutrition can be your secret weapon on game day. Here's how I refined my approach through 121 NFL pre-game meals to help you dominate before kickoff.
1️⃣ Avoid gut irritants (high-fat, high-fiber, spicy foods) (If you can handle a little spicy, go for it. Just don’t overdo it!)
2️⃣ Don’t experiment with new foods or supplements on game day
3️⃣ Prioritize your night-before meal for glycogen replenishment
4️⃣ Time your meal 3-4 hours pre-game for optimal digestion and energy (option to add some small snacks leading up to game time)
