The more mentally and physically uncomfortable you get, the easier it’ll be to persevere when the going gets tough. 💪 Here are some ideas to get out of your comfort zone: 1. Train the things you suck at first thing in your workout. 2. Train with sweats on in the summer (be safe and stay hydrated!). 3. Wake up early to exercise or jump in a cold tub first thing in the morning. These challenges will improve you physically and mentally. Embrace the suck, push beyond your limits, and be ready for the adversity life throws at you.
