Here’s how I added a solid 40 pounds in just 3 months for an NFL comeback after a 3-year break. 🔥💪 Key Tips: Incorporate full-fat dairy, like whole milk, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and cheese, ideally from pastured sources, for healthy fats and nutrients. A powerhouse meal of ground beef, rice, and bone broth AKA monster mash. Make a large batch and eat it over the next few days for convenience and nutrition. Monster Mash RECIPE: -Add 2 cups of long grain white rice to instant pot -Take 3 pounds of ground beef and make several large meat balls and add on top of rice - add 3 cups of chicken bone broth - season generously with salt and pepper - pressure cook in high for 12 minutes.
