7 ESSENTIAL ball handling drills that I believe players should be doing everyday (REGARDLESS OF SKILL LEVEL‼️) ⛹️🏀 We start every training session off with these core stationary exercises to ensure that the athlete is tightening up their handle all while warming up their hands and bodies for the workout. Ball Handling Exercise:📝 1. Regular pound dribble (30 seconds each hand) 2. Toe dribbles (30 seconds each hand) 3. Shoulder dribble (30 seconds each hand) 4. Windshield wipers (30 seconds each hand) 5. Between-Cross Weight Shifts (15 reps each hand) 6. Pound-Between Weight Shifts (30 reps total) 7.
