New week, new opportunities to Get After It ! Mondays are a good day to reflect on how you played over the weekend. What did you do well? What can you improve on? Take 15 minutes to write down your thoughts on how you did, include very specific goals you would like to accomplish THIS week — could be something like working on more touches with your left foot or practice finishing. Maybe it’s your fitness that needs more work. We ALL have something we can improve on. Pat yourself on the back for the things you did well and GET TO WORK on the things that need improvement.
