Pain is your body’s way of saying, “Fix this or it gets worse.” The good news? You can fix it. Here are the cheapest ways I’ve tackled pain throughout my career: 1️⃣ Hot showers or baths to boost blood flow. 2️⃣ 5-10 minutes of yoga (no mat required). 3️⃣ Tissue work with a lacrosse ball or foam roller.
