Let’s talk about how to build strength on the bench press ⬇️ 1️⃣ Max Effort Day: 3-5 working sets of 2-5 reps at 75-95% of your max. 2️⃣ Dynamic Day: 6-8 sets of 3 reps at 50-60% of your max with explosive speed. 🔗 Add chains for lockout strength or bands for power. 💡 Remember these technique checks: arch, shoulders back and down, leg drive.
