please don't stand while i'm falling is out now. link in bio. today marks 6 years since i had my tumor removed from my right leg. please don’t stand while i’m falling is a love letter to anyone who is falling. this is a story of feeling hopeless and lost yet being able to find your ground again. when i was 13 in the pediatric oncologist's office hearing the words “if this isn’t taken out immediately, it will become the worst form of bone cancer” is something a 13 year old boy should never hear. this was made because i felt like i couldn’t make anything because all i could think about was sharing my story before I can share anyone else’s. this was made august of 2022 and has spent the two year traveling the country showing at some of the coolest places. somehow this little film about a kid and an injury won a lonestar Emmy. i leave you with this, if you are ever falling remember to stand up tall. #film #studentfilm #emmy #documentary
