Another fantastic day of The Experience! Among the MANY experiences in action, in the Team Behind the Teams, students toured the home of the 2024 World Series Champions, Dodger Stadium, and connected with team staff.   Students learned about anesthesia, establishing an airway, and other emergency medical skills; practiced intubation; got certified in “Stop the Bleed;” and toured skills labs in APU’s nursing school, kinesiology department, and physical therapy department – all in the Finding Physiology Experience!   They continued to serve in Mexico, at Gleanings for the Hungry, and at the Dream Center; practiced survival and leadership skills in the snow in Mammoth; and toured local colleges, including CSUN and Cal Lutheran (with a special guest lecture from professor Helen Lim of Criminology and Criminal Justice).   Students tried their hand at cooking Asian fusion cuisine, learned about business, trained with APU Cheer, and continued work on their short film.   They toured Barcelona ...
